Ian Blackwell Rogers (Athos) most recently played Ruzante in the Ruzante Project, a series of Renaissance plays from Padua, at Germano's Little Italy in Baltimore. With Scena Theatre, he has played the Prefect in The Plague, the Orator in The Chairs, and Otakar, the Parasite, and an Ant soldier in The Insect Play. For Stanislavsky Theatre Studio, Ian played the angry young men Bazarov in Fathers and Sons and Raskolnikov in Crime and Punishment. He wielded a sword in Scaramouche at Washington Shakespeare Company.
